Certified Professional Food Manager (CPFM) live classes or take the course from your personal computer
Teacher led Food Manager classes are available across the State of Florida. The class review is a 4 hour workshop and includes a student workbook given at the class.
Students hear, write, verbalize and are quizzed on the information to help prepare them for the exam. (Students also retain this important information to bring back to their work place).
At the conclusion of the workshop students will take the approved National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Exam. Students will be given two hours to complete the exam.

The program does not have to be completed in one sitting. To help students remember important information on safe food handling practices there are many exercises and quizzes throughout the course. At the conclusion, the student will take a comprehensive practice test. A Training Certificate of Completion will be available to print from the computer. Once you have completed the final exam the student will not have access to the program again.
